How Are You Feeling TodayThe How are you feeling today classes are back in full swing in after the festive season 2015 promises to be a fantastic year for the programme, starting with the very popular Mindfulness class that covers Relaxation and Meditation techniques, the class is introduced by Eileen McCartney.

Eileen has been a Mindfulness Practitioner for over 20 years, there is a regular group of Ladies and Gents that meet every Tuesday morning in Piltown at 10am, everyone is welcome to drop by and join in the group activities.





How are you feeling todayOur Health and Nutrition class is on every Thursday morning at 10am and is presented by our very own Daniel Black, Daniel is a fully accomplished Personal Trainer who brings his own unique methods of Physiotherapy to the classes he teaches, the class is mainly based around mobility and rehabilitation, so there is something for everyone no matter their fitness level or lifestyle.

The advice Daniel gives is top notch, everyone loves the friendly atmosphere and have a lot of fun, newcomers are always welcome just pop into the clubhouse at Piltown.









ballroomThe Ballroom Dancing Classes are coming back to the Clubhouse Pilltown, they are starting on Wednesday the 8th of October from 3pm to 5pm, the price is 5 euro per class.






How Are You Feeling Today

Men on the Move is aimed at men in Meath aged 30 and over to get them active have fun and improve fitness levels. You don’t need to be fit to take part- the training sessions are structured so that you can find the level appropriate for you to join and progress your fitness at a pace to suit you.

How Are You Feeling TodayCard games is on every Thursday evenings in Piltown at 8pm, there is a lot of banter and fun to be had at this event and everyone is recommended to join.


Card Games include Switch and 25.










How Are You Feeling Today Caife agus Chat as Gaeilge is brought to us on Friday mornings 10am in the clubhouse by our own Gwen Lanigan, this class is the perfect opportunity to improve your cúpla focal over a cuppa in a socially relaxed environment.

computer Computer Courses for beginners is brought to us by Louth Meath Education and the four week course will be held in Bettystown/Laytown every Monday Morning starting on the 20th of October from 10am-12 till the 17th of November.
