Help Bring Fleadh Cheoil Na hEireann To Drogheda

St Colmcilles is delighted to support Drogheda as it undertakes its biggest voluntary project ever … to bring Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann to the town in 2014-2015. It would see 300,000 additional visitors to the town each August and would be worth approx. €35-40million to the local economy.
But more than that, this celebration of Irish music, song, dance, language and culture would leave a lasting impact and imprint on the town for decades to come. It is a chance to re-introduce those who might have slipped away from these cultural traditions to all that is good and positive about Irish culture.
